acb_hypgeom_dilog_bitburst

Synopsis#include <flint/acb_hypgeom.h>
void acb_hypgeom_dilog_bitburst(acb_t res, acb_t z0, const acb_t z, slong prec)source

Sets z0 to a point with a short binary expansion close to zz and res to Li⁡2(z)−Li⁡2(z0)\operatorname{Li}_2(z) - \operatorname{Li}_2(z_0), computed with the bit-burst algorithm: z0z_0 is zz truncated to 16 fractional bits, and continuation steps lead from it through the truncations of zz to 32, 64, 128, ... bits to zz. If zz is close to the branch cut, it sets z0 to zz and res to 0.
