psl2z_t

An element of the modular group $\mathrm{PSL}_2(\mathbb{Z})$ , stored as an integer matrix $\begin{pmatrix} a & b \\ c & d \end{pmatrix}$ with $ad - bc = 1$ , in the canonical form $c \ge 0$ , and $d > 0$ if $c = 0$ . The members a, b, c, d are of type fmpz. A psl2z_t is an array of length 1, so that it is passed by reference.
