Synopsis#include <flint/arb.h>
void _arb_exp_sum_bs_simple(fmpz_t T, fmpz_t Q, flint_bitcnt_t * Qexp, const fmpz_t x, flint_bitcnt_t r, slong N)source
void _arb_exp_sum_bs_powtab(fmpz_t T, fmpz_t Q, flint_bitcnt_t * Qexp, const fmpz_t x, flint_bitcnt_t r, slong N)source

Compute TT, QQ and Qexp⁡Q_{\exp} with T/(Q⋅2Qexp⁡)=∑k=1N(x/2r)k/k!T/(Q \cdot 2^{Q_{\exp}}) = \sum_{k=1}^{N} (x/2^r)^k/k! by binary splitting (the sum runs to NN inclusive and omits the constant term). The powtab version precomputes powers of xx, which uses more memory and is faster; NN should have many trailing zero bits.
