arb_rel_error_bits, arb_rel_accuracy_bits
Synopsis
#include <flint/arb.h>arb_rel_error_bits returns , where and are the exponents of the midpoint and radius (): an estimate of rounded up. arb_rel_accuracy_bits returns its negation, the number of correct bits. The value is clamped to ARF_PREC_EXACT: an exact ball has accuracy ARF_PREC_EXACT, and a ball with a special midpoint or an infinite radius has accuracy ARF_PREC_EXACT.
