slong poly_pow_length(slong poly_len, ulong exp, slong trunc)source

Returns $\min((\mathit{poly\_len} - 1) e + 1, \mathit{trunc})$ , the length of the $e$ -th power of a polynomial of length $\mathit{poly\_len} \ge 1$ truncated to length trunc, without overflow.
