arf_dot
Synopsis
#include <flint/arf.h>int arf_dot(arf_t res, const arf_t initial, int subtract, arf_srcptr x, slong xstep, arf_srcptr y, slong ystep, slong len, slong prec, arf_rnd_t rnd)sourceSets res to with a single rounding, where is initial (0 if initial is NULL) and the entries are read with strides xstep and ystep. Returns the inexact flag.
The products are formed exactly and summed with arf_sum. This is a reference implementation, not optimised for speed; arf_approx_dot and arb_dot are much faster.
