_ca_mat_ca_poly_evaluate, ca_mat_ca_poly_evaluate

Synopsis#include <flint/ca_mat.h>
void _ca_mat_ca_poly_evaluate(ca_mat_t y, ca_srcptr poly, slong len, const ca_mat_t x, ca_ctx_t ctx)source
void ca_mat_ca_poly_evaluate(ca_mat_t res, const ca_poly_t f, const ca_mat_t a, ca_ctx_t ctx)source

Sets the output to f(A)f(A) for the polynomial ff (given as an array of len coefficients for the underscore version) and the square matrix AA, using the Paterson–Stockmeyer algorithm, which needs about 2n2\sqrt{n} matrix multiplications for a polynomial of degree nn. Wrappers of _gr_mat_gr_poly_evaluate.
