SET_J_BITS_AND_J_MR(j_bits, j_mr, j)source

Split a twiddle index $j$ into the table number j_bits (the bit length of $j$ ) and the index in that table: j_r $= j - 2^{\mathtt{j\_bits} - 1}$ for $w_{2j}$ , and j_mr $= 2^{\mathtt{j\_bits}} - 1 - j$ , which locates $-w_{2j}^{-1}$ . Both are 0 for $j = 0$ .
