#include <flint/fft_small.h>to_ffts_func _mpn_ctx_to_ffts_func(ulong np, ulong bits)sourcefrom_ffts_func _mpn_ctx_from_ffts_func(ulong np)sourceReturn the vectorised conversion of integers into chunks of bits bits modulo np primes, or NULL if none is instantiated, and the reconstruction for np primes. Used by the negacyclic engine.
