Synopsis
#include <flint/fmpq_mat.h>int fmpq_mat_pivot(slong * perm, fmpq_mat_t mat, slong r, slong c)sourceHelper for Gaussian elimination. Returns 1 if the entry is nonzero. Otherwise, if some entry with is nonzero, swaps the first such row with row (and the entries , of perm if it is not NULL) and returns ; returns 0 if all these entries are zero.
