fmpz_lll_shift
Synopsis
#include <flint/fmpz_lll.h>int fmpz_lll_shift(const fmpz_mat_t B)sourceReturns the largest distance, over the rows of , between column and the last nonzero entry of row , computed incrementally. The reduction functions only consider the first columns when computing dot products, which saves work for bases in triangular form.
