void fmpz_mat_kronecker_product(fmpz_mat_t C, const fmpz_mat_t A, const fmpz_mat_t B)source

Sets $C$ to the Kronecker product $A \otimes B$ . For $A$ of size $m \times n$ and $B$ of size $k \times l$ , $C$ must be $mk \times nl$ . $C$ must not be aliased with $A$ or $B$ .
