void fq_poly_inflate(fq_poly_t result, const fq_poly_t input, ulong inflation, const fq_ctx_t ctx)

fq_poly_deflate sets result to $g$ with $g(x^k) = f$ for the polynomial $f$ = input and $k$ = deflation, which must divide the exponents of all nonzero terms of $f$ ; it throws FLINT_DIVZERO for $k = 0$ . fq_poly_inflate sets result to $f(x^k)$ for $k$ = inflation.
