Returns whether the structure R~\tilde R implemented by ctx is an approximate version of a commutative ring RR: the axioms need only hold up to a small perturbation, ∣a~−b~∣<ε|\tilde a - \tilde b| < \varepsilon in place of a=ba = b. Polynomials with floating-point coefficients form an approximate commutative ring; 2×22 \times 2 matrices with floating-point entries do not. Every commutative ring is an approximate commutative ring.
