int _gr_poly_reduce_matrix_mod_poly(gr_mat_t A, const gr_mat_t B, const gr_poly_t f, gr_ctx_t ctx)source

Sets row $i$ of $A$ to the reduction of row $i$ of $B$ (read as the coefficients of a polynomial) modulo $f$ , for $1 \le i \le \sqrt{\deg f}$ . $B$ must have at least $\sqrt{\deg f}$ rows and $\deg f$ columns, and $f$ must be nonzero.
