Sets res to the logarithmic integral li⁡(x)=∫0xdt/log⁡t\operatorname{li}(x) = \int_0^x dt / \log t, or to the offset logarithmic integral Li⁡(x)=li⁡(x)−li⁡(2)\operatorname{Li}(x) = \operatorname{li}(x) - \operatorname{li}(2) if offset is nonzero.
