_mp_real_get_fixed
Synopsis
#include <flint/mp_real.h>Write a ball known to lie in as the fixed-point number , truncating, and set err (if not NULL) to a bound for the error in ulps , rounded up; UWORD_MAX means that no bound below is known. A negative midpoint within the radius is clamped to zero and absorbed into the bound.
