`qqbar_log_pi_i`

int qqbar_log_pi_i(slong * p, ulong * q, const qqbar_t x)source

If $y = \log(x) / (\pi i)$ is algebraic, which happens exactly when $x$ is a root of unity and then $y$ is rational, sets $p/q$ to $y$ in lowest terms with $-1 < y \le 1$ and returns 1; otherwise returns 0.
