void qqbar_root_ui(qqbar_t res, const qqbar_t x, ulong n)source

void qqbar_fmpq_root_ui(qqbar_t res, const fmpq_t x, ulong n)source

Sets res to the principal $n$ -th root of x, for $n \ge 1$ . The minimal polynomial is found among the factors of $P(t^n)$ , where $P$ is the minimal polynomial of $x$ ; principal roots of positive rational numbers and roots of roots of unity are computed directly.
