`_radix_mulmid_pairs_below`

double _radix_mulmid_pairs_below(slong an, slong bn, slong k)source

Returns the number of pairs $(i, j)$ with $0 \le i < \mathit{an}$ , $0 \le j < \mathit{bn}$ and $i + j < k$ , as a double (it may exceed the range of slong on 32-bit machines). It counts the limb products of the classical algorithm and is used for tuning decisions.
