`radix_init`

Synopsis#include <flint/radix.h>

void radix_init(radix_t radix, ulong b, unsigned int exp)source

Initialises radix with digit radix $b$ and limb radix $B = b^e$ where $e$ = exp. Requires $b \ge 2$ , $e < \mathtt{FLINT\_BITS}$ and $b^e < \beta$ , and throws an exception otherwise. With $e = 0$ , the largest $e$ with $b^e < \beta$ is chosen.
