void fmpz_divisor_sigma(fmpz_t res, ulong k, const fmpz_t n)source

Sets res to $\sigma_k(|n|)$ , the sum of the $k$ -th powers of the positive divisors of $n$ , and to 0 for $n = 0$ . Factors $n$ .
