int fmpz_moebius_mu(const fmpz_t n)source

Returns the Möbius function $\mu(|n|)$ : 0 if $n$ has a square factor $> 1$ , otherwise $(-1)^k$ for $k$ prime factors; $\mu(0) = 0$ . Factors $n$ unless it fits in a word.
