fq_nmod_poly_deflate, fq_nmod_poly_inflate

Synopsis#include <flint/fq_nmod_poly.h>
void fq_nmod_poly_deflate(fq_nmod_poly_t result, const fq_nmod_poly_t input, ulong deflation, const fq_nmod_ctx_t ctx)
void fq_nmod_poly_inflate(fq_nmod_poly_t result, const fq_nmod_poly_t input, ulong inflation, const fq_nmod_ctx_t ctx)

fq_nmod_poly_deflate sets result to gg with g(xk)=fg(x^k) = f for the polynomial ff = input and kk = deflation, which must divide the exponents of all nonzero terms of ff; it throws FLINT_DIVZERO for k=0k = 0. fq_nmod_poly_inflate sets result to f(xk)f(x^k) for kk = inflation.
