void _mp_real_tan_sc(nn_ptr y, ulong * err, nn_srcptr v, slong n)source

Set $(y, n + 1)$ to $\tan v$ for $v \in [0, 1)$ and $n \le 32$ from the sine and cosine kernels and one division (64-bit only). With both kernel outputs within $E$ ulps, err is $\lfloor 19E/4 \rfloor + 2$ . The tangent kernel uses it up to 22 limbs.
